After my heating control (MCBA 1446d), installed in a Schäfer Gatherme, was defective, I first sought help from the manufacturer Schäfer. The manufacturer showed no interest in helping me and referred to a new device (about 6,000 euros). So it's clear who will not sell my next heater! So I landed on the Internet at the company krMedia. I do not want to conceal my initial skepticism about this unknown company. Request emails were partially answered on Saturday evening or Sunday morning. I then sent my device to krMedia and received it back after a week. My heating engineer has installed the control. And lo and behold, since then my heater is running properly again. That's a good two weeks ago and I hope that will stay that way. I have a proper invoice with VAT. receive and thus also no legal considerations, as one writes here! My heating engineer also did not know this company and is considering awarding repair work to krMedia in the future. Greetings from Aschaffenburg!
